Beautiful Rustic Coffee shop in the heart of Old... Town Jackson Hole. We ordered an Iced Snickers Latte, which is a devious mix of Carmel, mocha, and hazelnut flavoring for what comes out as a snickers but in a drink, delicious! And an iced Green Tea Matcha Latte that was also delicious. Interior has a nice vibe to hangout in for a while and work or just take in the aroma and atmosphere. Customer service was fast, friendly, and personable. They also have an assorted amount of merchandise and in house roasted coffee beans that smell amazing filling the coffee shop with a wonderful coffee aroma! can not wait to comeback on our next trip up to Jackson Hole!read more

2nd Update: Per their response on this review, I... emailed them on March 16th to see what they would do. No response. I think this is another example of a business who goes through the motions of 'responding' to concerns on reviews, but does not follow through with anything. To be clear, the coffee is great and some of the food as well! My specific concerns for the croissant remain unanswered.Update: They either changed their provider for croissants or used a day old pastry, but I can no longer recommend the cowboy croissant.It gets crowded quickly, but always friendly service! The cowboy croissant was tasty and cooked to order. A festive peppermint mocha with the sweetness dialed down was also prepared to perfection!read more

Stepped in to a grab a quick sandwich and drink.... Food prices in town are in the high side. The meal was reasonably priced and turns out it was a huge one. We had the Rustler and the Vaquero. No complaints. It’s a small tight space with what appears to be a regular dive.read more

I gave the atmosphere a three-star because it's... just a drive-thru and there is a cute little place to hang out outside but it's right next to all the traffic coming in. It's tight pulling in there with a full-size vehicle but is very doable. The coffee is always consistent and everybody is very friendly.read more

I love this place!I come here 1 to 3 times a... week. Sometimes only for one if their many coffee options, sometimes for a Panini or a bison chilli. Many options to choose from! Don't be discouraged for the long line sometimes you see in the mornings, specially in the summer months... they move the line very fast, and the little wait is worth it!read more

We are visiting from GA and of course we had to... stop by cowboy coffee based off of local recommendations. I have to say with it being October the staff was beyond nice and friendly especially when answering my annoying question I always ask at each place we visit“ what’s your favorite thing to get?”! The girls working not sure their names were AWESOME! The sweet blonde( I don’t mean that in a bad way) who took our order made us feel as if we were locals and treated us with kindness! You all are crushing it a great experience due to great staff even with such shortages everywhere!read more

Was super excited to try this place! But our... order was incorrect/never received. We waited 40 min for a breakfast sandwich and had to check on it twice. They said the ticket never printed in the back to be made but then even after bringing it to their attention, we still waited. Also ordered a vanilla latte but it just came out as a plain latte.read more

From someone who was raised in jackson hole... cowboy is a total go to!! but i went to the drive thru this morning and the lady at the window taking out order was rude and just sat there and laughed at us when my mom couldn’t figure out how to slide her card (her chip doesn’t work) i find it very disrespectful that she sat at laughed at us especially when cowboy is a local go to coffee shop. come on now treat the locals better than that.read more

When I visit a coffee shop, (and if you follow me... you'll see that I tend to frequent them) I like to pick out something for my review that will set the place apart from other coffee shops we all know. In the case of the Cowboy Coffee Co. in Jackson (just off the town square) it was easy. On this busy morning just after Labor Day, and with plenty of tourists flocking to coffee shops in the area for their coffee, the Cowboy Coffee Co. demonstrated EFFICIENCY. The place was crowded, and as you'll see from one of my pics, I was deep in a line to wait when I entered the door. Folks, they had MANY employees working, taking and filling orders, and keeping things moving. I started about 8 deep in line, and was walking out with a fresh cup within 5 minutes.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a lite menu for those of you that are hungry too.GREAT job Cowboy Coffee Co !!!read more

Do yourself a favor - treat yourself to this... coffee everyday if your visiting. There dark roast drip with two espresso shots, followed by oatmilk and caramel got me through all the drives including the one back to Utah from Jackson Hole. Loved the vibes and coffee and sweet staff!read more

Must try breakfast burritos! They gets very busy... but the service is super fast. As the burritos are premade, and people at barista are also very quick! Even there is a big line at the entrance, don’t think twice to grab a burrito! Huckleberry mud pot is also really good. I tried French toast muffin(special of the day), which was not bad.read more

Us Aussies, we LOVE our coffee, and this place... has hands down the best coffee we've had in the USA so far!!Stopped in here for coffee every morning while visiting Jackson & the Tetons. Consistently fantastic coffee. We like our coffee strong so always ask for an extra shot but this was legit and we may have not even needed the extra. Super delicious, really cute shop and lovely staff. They also open at 6am so it's great for grabbing your coffee to go and hitting the National Park for sunrise.read more

This lil coffee shop is awesome! I stopped at two... different locations while in town! And the tried a few different coffees and man they are so good! I even bought a few pounds of ground coffee to bring back home with me cause there's coffee is awesome! I tried one of there burritos which I think it was called the cowboy burrito and man it was perfect size and tasted amazing and was very filling! The service was awesome and the workers behind the counter were all very welcoming and inviting! Only thing is if you go you might have to stand inline for a bit! But other then that this place was awesome just a lil home town coffee shop that I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!read more

It was a neat and busy place but the Biscuit was... undercooked and they failed to put vanilla in the cold brew. My mom asked for her coffee to be filled to the top and the girl confirmed and still didn’t do it. Overall, I think if it wasn’t so busy it might’ve been a better experience.read more

We went here for a coffee at about 3 PM and the... place was full to its brim. There was a line to order and we had to stand in it for a good 10 minutes before we had a chance to order.We ordered their Iced Black Eye, hot chocolate and a Latte. Howdy Folks spent a few hours hanging out here... over the five weeks in JH. A tourist AND local's spot to grab all the coffee delights you'd ever want. This was our go-to coffee and breakfast place... while in Jackson Hole. In fact, it was our favorite coffee on our whole vacation. The breakfast biscuit was delicious and the drip coffee was perfect (I loved the dark!) I tried the iced Snickers latte. They do have... decaf espresso and dairy milk alternatives. Huge selection of food/pastries. I would have liked to see the available flavors posted to make my own drink instead of a house one but the line was really long and I didn't want to hold it up. It's a busy little place, expect a line. There is some indoor seating available and a few patio spots also. The service was fast. They have stickers, mugs, hats, shirts, and more for sale. The shirts are soft. I got a shirt, muffin, and coffee (with tip) and paid $36.read more

Got a dark roast drip coffee and a breakfast... biscuit ($8). Coffee was okay, they had oatmilk so that’s a plus and they use Oatley. Breakfast biscuit was okay too. Once we found this coffee shop we went every day... to get some delicious coffee. I enjoyed the Snickers Latte while hubby tried a few different drinks. We had lunch one day and tried their paninis, they were so flavorful. One day we tried their breakfast burritos later in the day, they were also flavorful. The staff at this location were friendly. My hubby even braved the -20 degree weather to get our coffee on our last morning in Jackson. Amazing coffee shop!read more

Cowboy Coffee is so freaking cute! They had two... types of chai lattes, we tried both of them! I liked the Divinity Chai better, the Bhakti Chai is a little spicier, but still good. Okay, I wrote a not so great review a few years... ago for Cowboy Coffee on the square. I still don’t go there because I’m highly impressionable. BUT the Cowboy Coffee Drive thru is great. I haven’t had a negative experience and highly recommend their coffee. I cannot speak to their food except for the bison chili which is so good a vegan would eat it.
